Classes run throughout the year in cycles of 6 weeks and roughly in line with the academic calendar. There are breaks scheduled during the year and these will be posted in advance. Classes are for men and women of all fitness levels and yoga experience and to suite different pace preferences. New to the schedule is the Yoga for kids and teenagers (broken into three groups aged 9-18).

Linda teaches yoga to the corporate sector and workshops to groups on request. If you'd like to experience lunch-time or after work yoga at your work place or would like to participate in a workshop please call for more information.

HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?

You can register by phone or email or book and pay online. Course fees or class passes are payable by cheque or cash on registration.

Payment options are offered to help you get the most out of coming to classes without being out of pocket if you miss a week.  And to give you the option of attending the different styles of yoga on offer so that you can explore varying approaches. So if you opted to attend the Progressive Yoga class and decide that on one particular week that you just need to recharge, then you can book into the Gentle Flow or Restorative class.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Six consecutive class term  (80 min)- €75

Six consecutive class term (60 min) - €65

Take 2 classes per week at the discounted rate

Drop in rate - €15 (only available in some classes - once the beginners term begins, this class with be closed to new comers in week 2)

If you opt for the class pass or decide to drop in, It is essential to text well before class to confirm and this will guarantee your place is held.  For those who buy a six week term, please text only if you cannot make a class.

Which Class to choose?

Choose a class that fits with your ability and level firstly.  As you become more comfortable with the posture and breath work, you can move to a more progressive class.  There are options to take two or three classes per week at a reduced rate.  For example, you could take Beginners Yoga to re-cap on the basics and take the Progressive Yoga class to integrate the details from your Beginners.  Likewise, you may like to alternate pace according to your energy levels and take a Restorative  class and a Progressive or Beginners.   If you can’t make every week, you may like to do two classes back-to-back which naturally go together (workshop style) e.g. Beginners followed by Progressive.   The teachings of yoga are relevant to everyday life circumstances e.g. finding ease within challenge, focus, discipline, non-judgment.  The self inquiry that we practice on the mat lead to developing a self aware quality that filters into our daily lives and can help us to practice “living from your center"

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PREPARE BEFORE A CLASS?

Before your class, eat lightly and if feasible refrain from eating 1 to 2 hours before practice for your own comfort.  If this is not possible, take a yogurt, fruit, or small portion of soup. Wear loose comfortable clothing and layer as you may warm up as the class peaks and cool down as we calm and ground later in the class.  Bring water, preferably hydrate well before and after class.  It is advisable not to drink during your practice as this counteracts the internal warming environment we are cultivating through the asana (posture) work.

WHAT ARE THE CLASS SIZES?

Class sizes are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A CLASS?

You will benefit immensely by attending class on a weekly basis (or 2 classes).  If however you feel that you may need to miss a week or two, the class pass may be a better option and give you flexibility.  This option depends on availability of space in an alternative class, which cannot be guaranteed.

DO I HAVE TO BUY LOTS OF NEW EQUIPMENT?

Not at all!  Just wear comfortable clothes and you’re ready to go.  We do yoga in bare feet, but you might want to put socks on for the relaxation.  Also, if you like feeling cosy, you can bring your own light blanket for the relaxation.  We have everything else you’ll need, mats, blocks, belts.... at the studio.  There are always great offers to be availed of throughout the year, so look out for them on the site and on facebook.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Full payments made prior to or on the course date: Full refund if cancelled 10 days prior to the start, 50% refund if cancelled within 10 days before the start, no refund once course starts.  Refunds are only issued if a course is cancelled within the required time.  If you miss a class during your term, I will do my best to facilitate you in taking another class on the schedule.  This option is only available if there are places and cannot be guaranteed.

If a class cannot be attended due to genuine unforeseen circumstances, a class will be offered in its place.
