MUM & BABY YOGA

This class is a great way to get an active workout while having fun with our baby.  Whether you want to get back in shape, tackle Diastasis Recti, strengthen pelvic floor muscles, inteact more with your baby, network with other mums or just simply let off steam, this class has something for you.  Facilitated by experienced midwife.  Suggest: wear loose layers.  Bring blanket and favourite toy.  For babies 6 weeks to 1 year old.

Enrol for 6 weeks at €70.

You may want get back in shape, tackle diastasis recti, strengthen pelvic floor muscles or just simply let off steam-whatever works for you. Format: circle-time and discussion, mum\\\'s workout for mums, infant yoga, relaxation and nurturing.
