Today in businesses large and small, eastern wisdom is changing western business. Googles “Search Inside” program has introduced mindfulness to more than 1,000 employees. Silicon Valley is a hotbed for mindfulness and yoga in the workplace. Aetna, one of the largest healthcare benefits companies in the states, began rolling out yoga and mindfulness programs to its employees in 2010. Human experience is greatly improved by these practices.

We specialize in supporting businesses to develop & cultivate a culture of wellness. I contribute to this by showing groups in the workplace, on teambuilding events or at workshops how to practice mindfulness, deal successfully with built up stress, feel connected with body, mind & environment and to feel physically, tension free through the practice of Yoga & meditation.

Practicing yoga in the morning will give you the mental clarity you need to make it through the work day and leave you energised into the evening hours. This practice is dynamic and energising and includes seated breath-work and centring with a standing “warm-down” sequence to conclude the practice.

TUNE IN, CENTRE FOR FOCUS AND CALM - Afternoon Yoga recharge

Assimilating and digesting information requires time to relax, tune in to the silence within and create space for inspiration and creativity. Mental also activity creates physical tension and this class will get you back on track by helping you to:

  • Release physical tension with a flowing practice
  • Tune in and actively work with the breath to increase vitality and energy
  • Enjoy a guided meditation allowing you to be in the present moment
  • Relax in “Sivasana” to recharge the body, brain, mind and soul



 Relax and restore balance to the body mind and soul with this gentle, mindful practice. This class offers you an opportunity to work gently with muscle and fascial tension and deep connection with the breath and prepare you for a sound restorative nights sleep. Through the practice you will:

  • Recharge and recover from mental and physical fatigue
  • Release tension and pain therapeutically through somatic movement
  • Let go of mental activity through breath-work
  • Experience a guided meditation preparing you for rest
  • Deeply relax through Yoga Nidra
