Japa Mantra Meditation

Pregnancy yoga can help keep you healthy in pregnancy and prepare your mind and body for birth. Gentle mindful movements and breath-work promote body awareness while relieving stress , promoting circulation and building strength and confidence.
This course is facilitated by Brenda – a midwife and hypnobirthing practitioner. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows ease of movement.
