About Sadhana Yoga

Bringing together yoga and pilates classes in the heart of Wexford to suite all levels, from beginners to advanced and offering a platform to challenge and progress as you become familiar with the activities, build strength, stability, improve your wellbeing and quality of life.

You can progress through the path of advancing through the levels of  Vinyasa Yoga classes (beginners, mixed level & level II), Pilates (from beginners to level II) And you can attend specialised classes for Teenagers, Athletes, Meditative gentle classes and Early morning Pilates to fast track you to a strong core and toned lean muscles.
Monthly mini workshops and masterclasses are scheduled so that you can immerse yourself in an aspect of the yoga or pilates practice and truly begin to own your practice, giving you the confidence to develop a home practice for your health and wellbeing.
Linda has 18 years of experience as a Body Therapist, Naturopath, Herbalist, Yoga and Pilates teacher with over 500hrs yoga teacher training and over 4,500 teaching hrs. Your wellbeing is her primary concern and you will be supported and sometimes challenged at class.  The class numbers are small enough to get to know each individual and cater for their needs.
