Mindfulness Based Counselling (MBC)
Mindfulness-based counselling is a compassionate, client-centered approach that integrates various therapeutic modalities to support individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, and separation. Drawing on my experience as a Social Care Worker and my HDip in Pluralistic Psychotherapy, I am currently pursuing a Masters in the same field. My approach combines person-centered humanistic principles with an integrative framework that incorporates practical tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and more. This collaborative, client-led approach aims to empower individuals to develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional regulation, fostering healing and growth through mindfulness and tailored therapeutic strategies.
