As well as group classes we offer personal yoga and Pilates one to one sessions tailored to your specific needs and preferences. The session involves assessment and will help you to work with limitations, manage existing injury, and give you the tools to make modifications/adjustments in line with your safety and with your progression in mind. With one to one sessions, the teacher can address specific issues or questions, which is not always possible in a group class, and create a suitable plan for you based on your aims and expectations.

The nature of these sessions is that the individuals needs are met through the lens of yoga techniques.  Those who can benefit are those new and wish to learn the foundations of the practice, those who would like to integrate the practice into their lives for balance with other activities, or prefer gentle movement for maintenance and for anyone who would like to adopt tools for healing and dealing with stress.

ONE-TO-ONE PILATES

With one-to-one sessions, the instructor can examine the most relevant aspects of Pilates exercises with you to help you correct any misalignments, understand core stability better, and find the best exercises for you and any physical conditions or injuries you have.
Very effective with issues such as back pain, sciatica, pelvic girdle pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, diastasis recti and pelvic organ prolapse.
