Activities/excercises will be challenging and require the understanding and ability to work from the core with stability. We are not looking for perfection but this level is worked effectively when worked intelligently (regulate and make it easier if you are unstable).

This class is perfect for those new to the practice and open to all levels. As all the activities are done with core engagement initiated, there will be an opportunity for everyone to explore this at the first class, and this will be integrated fully throughout the class series. The activities will be taught in such a manner as to “make it easier” for those new an “make it more intense” for those with experience.
