 read moreThis class is open to all levels. As all the activities are done with core engagement initiated, there will be an opportunity for everyone to explore this at the first class, and this will be integrated fully throughout the class series. The activities will be taught in such a manner as to “make it easier” for those new an “make it more intense” for those with experience.
