All Bookings are made directly with your Teacher.  The weekly class schedule may change so do check by emailing, calling or texting to ensure your class of choice is running

Attend Receive a generous discount when you join for your Block of classes.  These begin at specified times throughout the year.   Join our mailing list to be notified prior to the start dates.  You can also be notified by text, ensure you’re added to the group.

Prepare the body and mind for meditation  
 read moreThis class shows you how to mindfully prepare the body for seated meditation. Starting with gentle asana practice threaded on the breath. Pranayama techniques will be introduced to establish and alert calm and Japa mantra may be introduced during the course of the 6 weeks. Meditation will be explored with the use of anchors, guidance and space for silent experience.

As all the activities are done with core engagement initiated, there will be an opportunity for everyone to explore this at the first class, and this will be integrated fully throughout the class series. The activities will be taught in such a manner as to “make it easier” for those new an “make it more intense” for those with experience.

The foundations are laid here for an authentic practice, postures demonstrated, modifications offered and time to cultivate breath connection.
