  • Beginners/Improvers class which will give you the foundations for a rewarding practice.
  • The Mixed level class is open to those who have some experience and for the advanced alike.
  • Level 2 class allows you to deepen and develop your practice, taking it to the next level.

There are other themed classes which are suitable for beginners, Yoga for Athletes, Somatic Yoga for Deep Relaxation, Yoga for Teenagers.
