Yoga for Teenagers
This is fun and empowering course of classes designed to give teenagers skills to connect with their inner resources while they navigate this important developmental phase in their lives. This is a crucial time to create space for them to explore thought processes, develop discernment, self manage their emotions, healthy perspective and collaboration & cooperation. Class will focus on personal and emotional wellbeing, social skills, behaviour, physical awareness. making the practice relevant to real life.
Linda is available to teach groups aged between 12-17 at schools, community groups and social clubs and at scheduled classes or workshops.
